Your federation office bearers recently attended a social event held in the Grassmarket Project, Edinburgh at which the findings of the draft strategy for going forward in the SWI were presented. You can find these results here.
The next step is for the SWI Board, Committees, and Executive team to meet later this month and decide on a programme of events for next year. This will be announced in early December
A full Strategy document will be launched at the end of the year and will offer more detail on all four strategic priorities outlined in the Draft Strategy:
1. Implement significant change and internal operations
2. Develop a comprehensive member-centric culture and membership strategy
3. Reduce costs and overheads and develop income diversification throughout the organisation
4. Develop an ambitious plan for a Visitor Learning Centre for all women in Scotland.
