One of our biannual federation meetings was held on Saturday 25th November, when we had representation from 20 out of our 26 institutes. Our 2022-23 accounts were presented and accepted and a report was given from the Skills and Events committee at HQ. Much discussion followed on the changes happening at HQ which will impact on the federation finances and our members enjoyment of being part of a national organisation. Your institute secretary has been sent a minute of the meeting along with a copy of the accounts. We’d love you as an institute to discuss the changes and give us your feedback.
Congratulations to Lunanhead SWI for winning the Glamis Babbington trophy for their design of a poster to publicise our Federation Show in March 2024 and to Lundie for winning the Jean Peters salver for the best syllabus.
