I joined SWI aged 14 and have been an enthusiast for most of my life. I attend meetings at all levels and have made many friends over the years.
I have served as president and secretary on several occasions at Institute level and as committee member, Vice Convener and then Convener of the H&H.
Experience was gained at Brechin Flower Show when I held posts as assistant treasurer, assistant secretary and eventually as president. I was involved in setting up and staging of the shows for many years.
