This is an opportunity for members to hear what is going on at Federation and HQ levels and have their say on matters which are important to them. Reports will be provided by Executive members and Central Councillors. We hope each Institute will send two voting delegates. The winners of the Barbara Brookshire/Lundie Gavel for the greatest number of new members to an Institute will also be announced.
